My fitness journey and lifestyle fluctuate so much. Like everything else that is in my life. I give myself grace and allow my body to tell me what it needs. With that being said there are seasons where I am in the gym lifting weight 3-4 days a week. There are also seasons when I wake up in the sunlight on my Miami porch and start the morning with a yoga flow with some strengthening exercises. I have also told you guys about my career-ending back surgery. This has taught me how to stay on top of my recovery and preventative care. I recently shared one way I do so is by using my massage therapy stem machine. I have used this for the last four years minimum and it is essential to maintaining my health. Those with any back concerns understand it is a lifestyle adjustment. You guys are here for the habit stacks and this is such a good opportunity to do so. I will apply my magnesium spray then stick the stem machine patches on and sit down for the next 15-20 mins on my heating pad. Depending on the time and day I will also add a hair, face, or lip mask to this. It’s a perfect time to do one while you’re going to be still for the next 20 mins. I will also fill up my skintini active cup with ice and water so that I can hydrate while this is getting done. While all those things are occurring I will answer emails or create some sort of graphic for skintini's stories. So there you have a 20 minute habit stack and you’re achieving 4-5 things minimum. This is a brand that I feel very sincere about. As I mentioned I have organically used them over the years and can’t wait to see what our relationship looks like in the future I’m happy to announce we will be working with them and have secured our first brand deal. Go mama nugget!!!!!

This chair is top 3 things I have purchased for Harley as far as function and convenience. I bought it before our Miami trip this past Halloween and not only did we use it at the beach but we also used it in restaurants and at my girlfriend's condo etc. Anywhere we were the chair was. I also go to this baby pool for the beach which we didn’t end up using but I do think it was a solid purchase. Lastly, these little water shoes sunglasses, and sand castle items have all been put to good use.

I am a latte girly although this past winter| and fall I turned to my black columbian coffee in the morning. As the days start to warm up I can say I have been craving a good iced vanilla latte.

The Setai has a beachside restaurant that is a must. It is a high-end Michelin star establishment and the vibes are immaculate we make it a point to go every time we’re in town. I start my experience with the truffle fries raw oysters on a half shell with cocktail sauce and extra horseradish and a glass of crispy Prosecco.La Osteria is a small boutique-style Italian restaurant at the bottom of a hotel on 12th and Collins. The owner is so cute and sincere and I love supporting his restaurant the vibes are cozy and intimate.
Hyde had a rooftop bar called Salvage this was around the corner from my condo and was a weekly occurrence. The dirty martinis and wagyu were my kryptonite. They’re known for their extravagant cocktail and Tulum-like atmosphere. I romanticized my dates alone so I would sit at the bar and the bartenders always carried good conversation. I became a regular and would know the inside bartending scoop so then of course I was invested. 10/10 recommend going here in any scenario the girls, a date, a group, or solo.
La Cerveceria de Barrio Ocean Drive is my favorite Mexican spot if you’re on the beach or are entertaining the city. Call it what you want Ocean Drive in Miami will forever and always be an iconic destination.
Swan was another weekly event and their happy hour specials run from Monday -Thursday 7:30-11:30

There’s nothing that says us like the 1 hotel. Even If you’re not staying making reservations for a work meeting or brainstorming admin session is perfection. Ocean views poolside rooftop chardonnay in hand.
This week's blog comes to you as authentic as it can be. Late heart felt intentional and intuitional. I wanted to take the time to truly think y'all.. when I started this rebrand as I moved back to Dallas the vision had been set out long before. Being a puppet and obedient allows the Lord to meet me at every step along the way to bringing us here.
That being said I have worked diligently in being able to provide you with wisdom and knowledge and I truly am overwhelmed with joy and excitement about the future for us. To be able to live out the dream that once was just that is an achievement in itself and it is to be celebrated. Not everyone makes it out of that position not many stick with it once doing so. So my message is always to those who need it. Listen to your intuition God instilled in you!!!! He put you here on purpose for a purpose. Do not let the devil distract you with lust and shiny toys.

Imposter syndrome is for those trying to impress and vulnerability is for those trying to progress. When you’re aligned with your identity he has set out for you there is no telling you otherwise. He’s given you the spirit of truth. You don’t have to impress or possess these worldly ideas. Sex doesn’t sell and money isn’t everything. Here at skintini, we are taking the initiative to bring people to Christ and to participate in his redemptive work in the world. We are connecting not only through our walk of faith but also the love for fashion + beauty wellness. As long as I remember and stick true to that God will handle the rest for us.
Next week I am going to add a section to the blog showing back business tools. I will be implementing the information I have learned from scaling up and running the brand in order to help you grow yours. I have always been one to share or never “gatekeep” as the kids would say. It is highly requested but something I take seriously as I like to get real granular I can’t wait to share with you the art behind the formula in growing a business.
